Message from the President
In the lodging industry, even though reservations and sales are digitalized, what happens in guest rooms is not recorded. How far the cleaning has progressed, what was fixed during inspection, and how lost items or defects were handed over are still scattered between paper, phone, and chat.
Stek decided to organize this part with Kirec. It is a daily task that someone always confirms. The concept of STEK OPS connects linen, supplies, repairs, and personnel. Web and IT support such as official websites and cloud operations support the operation after implementation.
While continuing our own operations and operation contracting, we only incorporate methods that have proven effective into our products. It doesn't matter if the facility is small. Please let us start by looking at your current operations together.

A plan that looks optimal on paper means nothing if housekeeping, the front desk and procurement cannot keep up. We never propose something that breaks in operation.
