PRODUCT
STEK OPS
This is the concept of a field operations platform that connects linen, supplies, repairs, staff, and work performance at the facility level, beyond cleaning and inspection. Currently, it is in the conceptual stage and no functions are available.
Platform concept
Once records of guest room cleaning are established, the next necessity is to understand "what is moving around it." When are linens collected and returned? How many days' worth of supplies are left? How far have repair requests progressed? Who is in which facility?
These are still managed with Excel and phone calls in many facilities. STEK OPS aims to connect all of these centered on the facility. However, these functions will not be used if the cleaning records have not yet been established on site. The order is Kirec first.
Relationship with Kirec
Kirec is a product currently being prepared for release. STEK OPS is a broader framework envisioned beyond that. We plan to integrate Kirec as a cleaning and inspection module in the future, but the two are not currently integrated.
What lies ahead is Kirec
The continuation of cleaning, inspection, and record-keeping on site is a prerequisite for the next module to be effective.
Common elements
Facilities, rooms, users, permissions, photos, notifications, and operation history are designed with a common approach. They will not be registered in duplicate.
Current status
There are no functions currently provided as STEK OPS. We are in a phase where we will design based on your requests and priorities.
Intended modules
All are in the conceptual stage. We have not disclosed implementation schedules. The order of implementation may vary depending on the consultation content.
Linen managementIn development
We track the number of collected, washed, delivered, and stocked linens per facility, and calculate the required quantity and turnover based on the number of rooms and occupancy.
Amenity and equipment managementIn development
Records inventory, reorder points, and receipt of consumables and room equipment. We intend to have all orders approved by a person, and will not perform automatic ordering.
Maintenance and Facility ResponseIn development
Connects issues recorded in Kirec to requests for vendors and response history.
Staff and ShiftsIn development
Envisions staff records, weekly shifts, attendance records, and management of training and qualifications. Does not include payroll or social insurance.
Work Performance and CostsIn development
Summarizes work performance and costs by facility, room type, and work category. Does not create metrics for individual ranking.
Checking Status of Multiple FacilitiesProvided by Kirec
Checking progress across facilities is already available through Kirec.
Information Sharing Centered on Facilities
Hotel management companies, facility owners, cleaning companies, linen companies, and maintenance vendors. Multiple companies are involved at the site. STEK OPS envisions a model where they do not all view the same screen, but instead share only the necessary information related to the facility.
Concept of Permissions
- Facility Owner
- You can check the progress, performance, and reports of your facility. It will not display the names of individual cleaning staff.
- Hotel management company
- Within the scope of the entrusted facilities, you can check progress, quality, cost, and the status of the subcontractors.
- Cleaning Company
- You can manage assigned facilities, work reports, inspections, and re-cleaning.
- External partners
- Only the scope related to the requested tasks such as linens and repairs is shared.
- Cleaning staff
- You can confirm the day's assigned tasks and the content you have recorded.
Service Status
STEK OPS is still in the conceptual stage. There are no functions currently "available." For items already available via Kirec, this is noted.
Let us know which services you need.
Since it is still in the conceptual stage, we would like to understand the order of issues that are truly troubling on-site. We will proceed with the design based on the feedback we receive.
