Web and IT Support
From official websites, management panels, multilingual support, and cloud-based operation infrastructure, we design, build, and maintain the IT environment for lodging facilities. These are services that support both product implementation and the lodging business itself.
Don't stop at the system alone.
It's not just about creating and delivering. We design it so that the facility's staff can make changes themselves after the site is launched, without needing to outsource every time it's updated, and it can be handed over even if the staff changes.
What's Included
Official website creation and renovation
We assemble rooms, plans, access, and in-house information as a flow leading to reservations. We design it including display speed and how it appears in search results.
Management interface for updates
We format text, photos, announcements, and menus so that the facility's staff can edit them from the management screen. Once saved, it automatically progresses to publication.
Information design centered on Japanese
We first gather the original Japanese copy in one place. Since the translations are created from there, the content does not become mismatched between languages.
Multilingual website construction as needed
For facilities with many inbound guests, we expand to English, Chinese (simplified/traditional), and Korean. We do not recommend multilingual support for facilities that do not need it.
Connection and migration support with existing systems
After confirming the systems currently in use, such as PMS, reservation engine, and site controller, we decide the scope to connect and the scope to retain.
Maintenance and improvement after launch
We continuously check the functionality of the inquiry form, display speed, and how it appears in search results, and perform necessary adjustments.
Scope of support
This site itself is an example. We gather the original Japanese copy in a single file, enable the staff to edit text and photos from the management screen, and when saved, the changes are recorded in GitHub and automatically published via Cloudflare. There is no need for a dedicated server, nor to request the production company every time there is an update. We can provide the same configuration as the official website of a lodging facility.

We will prepare the copy, photos, admin panel, and publishing system, and proceed while confirming operations with your contact person.

After the launch, we will confirm the display and inquiry functions, and provide the method for updates.
