About
Turning a place to stay
into a business that lasts.
stek is a name that combines "Stay" and "Technology." We want to be a company that supports the lodging business, which can't survive on technology alone or on sheer effort alone, with both wheels turning together.
Message from the President
In the hospitality industry, it's common for a fully booked property to still fail to turn a profit. The cause is often found in how rates are set, how sales channels are structured, and in operating costs such as cleaning and staffing. These decisions are frequently made separately by different people, with no one optimizing for the whole.
stek decided to house both systems and on-site operations within the same company. This lets the people who set rates and the people who ready the rooms work from the same perspective. As we continue to operate our own properties and take on operation contracts, we translate only the methods that have proven effective on the ground into our systems and services.
Even the smallest property is welcome. Let us start by looking at the numbers together.

Three Things We Hold To
Our proposals differ from project to project, but the standards behind them never change.
- 01
We only propose what works on the floor
A plan that looks optimal on paper means nothing if housekeeping, the front desk and procurement cannot keep up. We never propose something that breaks in operation.
- 02
We do not hide the numbers
From occupancy, ADR and RevPAR down to the cost per room cleaned, we discuss everything while looking at the same screen. Unfavourable figures are reported as they are.
- 03
Start small, then make it sustainable
We never replace everything at once. Keeping your existing systems and partners in place, we rebuild in the order that delivers results.
Questions We Often Receive
Most engagements begin with one of these. If any of them sounds familiar, tell us about it first.
Fully booked, yet no profit is left
We lay out your pricing, channel mix and housekeeping and linen unit costs side by side to find where the profit is disappearing.
Short of staff, operations cannot keep up
After reviewing your housekeeping, linen and supplies chain, we define the scope we take on and build a structure the site can sustain.
We own the property but want operations handled
We prepare a profit-and-loss outlook first, then discuss whether contract operation or brand franchising suits you better.
We are missing too many inbound guests
We audit your multilingual coverage, OTA listings and the path from booking to arrival, then fix them in order of priority.
First, show us your current numbers.
Occupancy rate, average rate, and cleaning costs — with just these three figures, we can give you a rough sense of the room for improvement.
